本プライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）は、株式会社HOKKALON（以下「当社」）が提供するスマートフォンアプリ「Slocan（スロカン）」および関連するウェブサービスに適用されます。

0. 適用範囲と位置づけ

本ポリシーは、App Store / Google Play の申告（App Privacy、データセーフティ）と整合するよう作成しており、当社がユーザーの個人情報および関連データをどのように取り扱うかを定めたものです。アプリ内からアクセスできるヘルプ・お問い合わせページ等に掲載される補足説明と併せて、常に最新版をご確認ください。

1. 収集する情報

1.1 ユーザーが提供する情報

  • 認証情報：Firebase Authentication により取得するメールアドレス、表示名、認証プロバイダ（Apple / Google 等）、UID
  • アプリ内コンテンツ：差枚メモ、タグ、添付写真、投票・分析結果、ギャラリー検索条件などユーザーが入力・保存した情報
  • お問い合わせ内容：サポート窓口へのメールやフォームから送信された氏名・メールアドレス・メッセージ本文

1.2 自動的に取得する情報

  • デバイス情報：OS・モデル名・言語・タイムゾーン・アプリバージョン・実行環境（iOS/Android）
  • 利用状況データ：画面遷移、機能の利用回数、インタラクション（ギャラリー絞り込み条件、分析軸の選択、サイドメニュー操作 など）
  • 診断情報：アプリのクラッシュログ、エラーコード、パフォーマンス指標
  • 広告関連識別子：IDFA / AAID 等の広告ID、リワード広告の視聴ステータス
  • サブスクリプション情報：App Store / Google Play が発行するレシート、プラン種別、更新状況（RevenueCat を通じて取得）

1.3 ローカルに保存される情報

一部の設定値・下書き・キャッシュは端末ローカルに保存されます。端末から当該データが送信されることはありませんが、アプリのアンインストールで削除されます。

2. 利用目的

  • 本サービスの提供・維持・改善（ログイン、差枚計算、履歴同期、ギャラリー表示 等）
  • ユーザーサポートおよび本人確認、問い合わせ対応、重要なお知らせの送付
  • 利用状況の計測・分析による機能改善、新機能の開発、UI/UX の最適化
  • 不正利用の防止、セキュリティ対策、障害調査、規約違反の調査
  • 課金・サブスクリプション管理、購入状況の把握（RevenueCat・各アプリストアを通じた処理）
  • 広告配信、広告効果測定、報酬配信管理（AdMob 等の広告ネットワーク利用時）

3. 同意・トラッキング（AppTrackingTransparency 等）

iOS 14.5 以降の端末では、広告IDを他社サービス横断で利用する前に Apple の AppTrackingTransparency（ATT）フレームワークに基づく許諾ダイアログを表示し、ユーザーの選択を尊重します。許可/不許可は端末の設定（設定 > プライバシーとセキュリティ > トラッキング）からいつでも変更できます。Android 端末では Google Play サービスが提供する広告IDリセット等のオプションをご利用いただけます。

4. 第三者提供

当社は、以下の場合を除き、個人情報を第三者に提供しません。

  • ユーザー本人の同意がある場合
  • 法令に基づく場合（令状・裁判所命令等）
  • サービス提供に必要な範囲で業務委託先に提供する場合（秘密保持契約等を締結のうえ取扱いを監督します）
  • 合併・事業譲渡等に伴う承継が発生する場合（事前に通知または公表を行います）

5. 委託先・外部サービス

当社は以下のサービスを利用し、データの保存・分析・決済処理・広告配信等を行います。各サービスのデータ取扱いは、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーに従います。

これらのサービスに対し、広告ID、利用状況データ、購買レシート、クラッシュログ等が送信される場合があります。

6. データの保存期間と削除

  • アカウント情報・メモ・タグ等：ユーザーが削除するか、アカウント削除手続が完了するまで保存します。
  • サブスクリプション情報：課金状況を確認するため、アプリストアの保持期間および税務上必要な期間保管します。
  • ログ・診断情報：サービス改善のため、概ね 24 か月以内を目安に集計・匿名化し、個人が特定できない形で利用します。
  • 端末ローカルデータ：ユーザーがアプリをアンインストールするか、アプリ内でキャッシュ削除を操作すると消去されます。

7. ユーザーの権利と手続き

個人情報保護法等に基づき、ユーザーは自己に関するデータの開示・訂正・追加・削除・利用停止・第三者提供の停止を求めることができます。アプリ内に「設定 > アカウント > アカウント削除」機能を提供している場合は、当該操作で削除を完了できます。その他の請求は [email protected] までご連絡ください。法令により当社に保存義務があるデータについては、直ちに削除できない場合があります。

8. セキュリティ

当社は、TLS による通信の暗号化、アクセス制御、監査ログ、ロールベースの権限管理等の安全管理措置を講じ、個人情報の漏洩・滅失・毀損の防止に努めます。万一、重大なインシデントが発生した場合は、速やかに原因分析・影響範囲の特定・再発防止策の実施を行います。

9. 国外移転

Firebase や RevenueCat は海外（米国等）にサーバーを持つため、個人情報が国外へ移転される場合があります。当社は関連法令に従い、適切な保護措置が講じられているサービスのみを利用します。

10. 子どものプライバシー

本サービスは成人のパチスロ・パチンコユーザーを主な対象としており、13 歳未満の児童を意図して設計されていません。未成年の利用には保護者の同意を得てください。保護者は、お子さまに関するデータの削除等を代理で請求できます。

11. ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーの内容は予告なく更新される場合があります。重要な変更がある際は、アプリ内通知やウェブサイトで周知します。最新版は常に本ページに掲載します。

12. 免責事項・知的財産

Slocan はパチスロ・パチンコ設定分析の支援アプリであり、遊技結果の正確性・収益性を保証するものではありません。本アプリに掲載する機種名・各社商標は、各権利者に帰属します。利用により生じた損害について、当社は法令上の責任を除き、一切の責任を負いません。

13. App Privacy（Apple 申告）との整合

ユーザーに紐づくデータ（Linked to You）

  • 連絡先情報（メールアドレス）
  • ユーザーコンテンツ（メモ、写真、タグ、投票・分析履歴）
  • 識別子（Firebase UID、広告ID）
  • 使用状況データ（画面遷移、機能利用ログの一部）
  • 購入情報（サブスクリプション状態、レシート ID）

ユーザーに紐づかないデータ（Not Linked to You）

  • 診断データ（クラッシュログ、パフォーマンス指標を集計したもの）

トラッキング

  • 広告配信・効果測定の目的で広告IDを利用する場合があります（ATT に基づく同意が前提）。

App Store で申告しているデータ区分と矛盾が生じないよう適宜見直しを行います。

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) applies to the mobile application “Slocan” operated by HOKKALON Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

0. Scope

The Policy is designed to align with the disclosures submitted to Apple App Store (App Privacy) and Google Play (Data Safety). It explains how we collect, use, and safeguard personal information processed through the App and related services.

1. Information We Collect

  • Information you provide: email address, display name, authentication provider, Firebase UID, in-app content such as memos, tags, uploaded photos, analysis records, and messages sent through the support channel.
  • Automatically collected data: device information (OS, model, language, time zone, app version), usage events (screen navigation, filter settings, analysis options), diagnostics (crash and performance logs), advertising identifiers (IDFA/AAID), subscription status and receipts obtained via RevenueCat.
  • On-device data: certain drafts and cached values remain locally on your device and are removed when the App is uninstalled.

2. Purposes of Use

  • Delivering, maintaining, and improving the App (authentication, memo sync, gallery features, analytics tools)
  • Customer support, identity verification, and important service notices
  • Usage measurement, quality improvement, new feature development, and UI/UX optimization
  • Fraud prevention, security monitoring, incident investigation, and legal compliance
  • Managing subscriptions and purchases via Apple App Store / Google Play and RevenueCat
  • Advertising delivery, optimization, and effectiveness measurement when AdMob is enabled

3. Tracking Consent

On iOS 14.5 and later, we request permission through Apple’s AppTrackingTransparency framework before using IDFA for cross-app tracking. You may change your choice anytime in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. Android users can reset advertising IDs through Google Play Services.

4. Disclosures to Third Parties

We will not disclose personal data to third parties except with your consent, when required by law, to trusted processors under contractual safeguards, or in connection with corporate transactions.

5. Service Providers & SDKs

  • Firebase Authentication / Firestore / Storage (Google LLC) – authentication, database, media storage
  • RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc.) – subscription management
  • Google AdMob (Google LLC) – advertising delivery and measurement
  • Apple App Store / Google Play – payment processing and receipt validation
  • Firebase Crashlytics – crash reporting (when enabled)

These providers may receive identifiers, usage data, receipts, and diagnostic logs. Please refer to each provider’s privacy policy for details.

6. Retention & Deletion

Account-related data is retained until you delete it or close your account. Subscription and billing records are stored for the duration required by applicable laws. Aggregated logs and diagnostics are retained for approximately 24 months. Local device caches are removed upon uninstalling the App.

7. Your Rights

Subject to applicable laws, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or cessation of disclosure regarding your personal data. Use the in-app “Delete Account” feature where available, or contact us at [email protected].

8. Security

We implement TLS encryption, role-based access control, logging, and other administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information. We investigate and remediate incidents promptly.

9. International Transfers

Because Firebase and RevenueCat operate servers outside Japan (e.g., in the United States), personal data may be transferred internationally. We rely on services that implement appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law.

10. Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for adult users of pachinko/pachislot venues. It is not directed to children under 13. Minors should use the App only with parental consent. Parents or guardians may exercise privacy rights on behalf of their child.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via reasonable notice within the App or on this site. The latest version will always be posted here.

12. Trademarks & Disclaimer

Slocan is an independent analytics tool for slot/pachinko enthusiasts. We do not guarantee profitability or accuracy of analysis results. All trademarks and machine names belong to their respective owners.

13. App Privacy Alignment

The categories disclosed above map to Apple’s “Data Linked to You,” “Data Not Linked to You,” and “Tracking” fields. We review our submissions regularly to ensure consistency.
